50 Days. White Russian Kale Seeds. Brassica napus. Non-GMO, Open Pollinated. White Veined, cold tolerant, flavorful kale. Great for full grown kale at 50 days, Baby Greens at 20 days, and Microgreen at 8 days. 21+ days. Parsley microgreens are excellent to flavor most any dish. Great as a garnish, or other application where a parsley flavor would contribute. Micro parsley is one of the easiest herbs to grow. Longer germination and growing rate. Does best in soil.
8-14 days. Speckled peas are particularly fine for pea shoot production. We only stock seeds with high germination rates so these tasty Organic peas can be sprouted or grown into pea shoots - which are a staff favorite. Add to sandwiches or in salads for an extra zing.
